The context
This tech company wanted to train all 35 of its employees in AI, from the PHP developers to leadership and the business teams. The goal was to teach everyone the tools, build a shared AI culture, begin drafting a responsible AI use policy and formalize an AI strategy for the company.
I coordinated the engagement with 2 expert trainers: Nassim Zga for automation and n8n, and Yacine Arhaliass, web and AI engineer and president of Pando Studio, for Claude Code and MCP.

What I did
Day 1: shared culture and first steps
A shared day for all 35 employees. Morning: task mapping (STEP method), understanding AI (LLMs, assistants, agents), a security workshop and a first draft of the AI use policy. Afternoon: the CRAFT method for prompting, a prompt-a-thon in small groups on real use cases, the launch of the shared prompt library and the election of an AI champion.
Day 2: developer track (Claude Code and MCP)
With Yacine Arhaliass. The PHP developers learned to use Claude Code, discovered what MCP (Model Context Protocol) makes possible, and explored how AI can change the way they develop.
Day 2: business track (n8n and automation)
With Nassim Zga. The rest of the team got hands-on with n8n to build their first automated workflow: sorting support emails and drafting replies with AI.
Day 2: leadership track (strategy and automation)
The executive committee worked on Google Meet transcripts: turning that data into insights with prompts, building reusable Gems, then using n8n to automate the weekly reports and to-do list updates.
