2. Data collected
When you use our website, we may collect the following personal data:
AI diagnostic form
Last name, first name, email address, company name, team size, and your answers to the AI maturity questionnaire. This data is sent to Brevo to send you communications, and to our automation system (n8n, hosted in Europe) to generate your personalized report. The report is stored in a secure database (Supabase, hosted in Europe) and can be accessed with a unique password sent by email. See the privacy policies of Supabase and n8n for more details.

Sign-up forms (free Claude course, training program, founding member reservation)
First name and email address, plus the professional profile you state (freelancer, employee or business owner) when you provide it. This data is sent to Brevo (Sendinblue), our email marketing platform, to send you the resources you requested and our communications. See their privacy policy for more details.
Workshop waiting list
Email address and the workshop you want to be notified about. This data is sent to Brevo (Sendinblue) to let you know when that workshop is released. See their privacy policy for more details.
Enrollment in a training course
Data controller: JESSY MARTIN ACADEMY. Last name, first name, email address, phone number, job title, employer and funding body, if any (a French training fund known as an OPCO, the public employment service France Travail, or another funder). Throughout the course, we add the documents that make up your training file: entry assessment and prerequisites, attendance sheets, assessments during and at the end of the course, follow-up assessment, certificate of completion and certificate of attendance.
This data is necessary to perform your contract or training agreement, and to meet our legal obligations as a registered training provider: annual educational and financial report, administrative inspection of professional training, quality certification. Without it, the enrollment cannot be completed.
If you tell us about a disability so that we can adapt the course, this information is processed only with your consent and for that sole purpose. It is shared only with the people who need to put the adaptation in place.
Your data is passed on to your employer and to your funding body when either of them pays for the course, limited to what the funding requires (attendance, completion, assessment). It is also shared with authorized auditors and inspection bodies, who are bound by professional secrecy.
Private spaces (proposals, workshop reports, deliverables)
Some documents intended for you are published on a dedicated page of the website, accessible with a code we give you. We record the date and time of each visit to this page, to know whether the document reached you and to manage our business relationship. We only store a truncated, irreversible hash of your IP address. It serves solely to tell two readers apart and cannot be used to identify you. When you sign a quote from one of these spaces, we also keep your name, your email address, the date of signature and the signed document, which serve as proof of your agreement.
The free “Bien démarrer avec Claude” course (in French) and reviews
Your progress through the lessons is saved in your browser, and the number of lessons you have completed is linked to your contact record in Brevo, so that we know how far along you are and only write to you once you have finished the course. If you leave a review, we keep your text, the rating you give, and your name, job title and LinkedIn profile link when you provide them. Publication requires your explicit permission, and a published review is signed with your first name only. Your review is useful to us even without that permission, and a published review is removed upon request to contact@jessem.fr.
Online training courses and end-of-course survey
Last name, first name, email address, your progress through the course and your quiz answers. The end-of-course survey includes an optional testimonial and 3 separate publication permissions, which you grant or refuse one by one: publish the testimonial, attribute it to your full name, add the link to your LinkedIn profile. You can complete the course and get your certificate without answering these questions. The courses are hosted on the TalentLMS platform, provided by Epignosis, and run with our partner Mon Parcours en Ligne. See the TalentLMS privacy policy for more details.
