Claude for marketing
You leave with 3 deliverables produced from your own materials: a landing page, branded slides, a carousel, an automated newsletter or an agent, chosen from 9 workshops. And the method to make them again on your own.
This training course is designed for:
The in-house marketing team
They produce content, run campaigns and are buried in repetitive tasks.
The communications manager
They want to scale up production and keep the brand's voice intact.
The marketing freelancer
They want to produce for several clients with the same quality standards.
Claude for marketing
Before, all I knew how to do was write a prompt. Today I produce landing pages, guidebooks, carousels and presentations. The slides for our last masterclass took me 30 minutes, compared with 3 hours before. For our videos, I went from 1 video in 30 minutes to 5 videos in the same time. Claude is part of the team now.
Learning objectives
The learning objectives of this training course can be assessed. By the end of the session, each participant will be able to:
- Choose the right Claude interface for a given marketing task (desktop app, office agent, terminal) and justify that choice based on the type of data and the expected result
- Set up a compliant Claude workspace: privacy and retention settings checked, and the principle of least privilege applied to every access granted
- Write a brand context file their outputs can use, and correct it based on a gap observed between a generated output and their brand standards
- Create a reusable skill that packages a recurring editorial process, and run it again on a second topic without help
- Using the production pipelines observed (landing page, lead magnet, optimized article, social visuals, email marketing, video, SEO audit), identify the steps of their own process that can be automated, the mandatory human checkpoints and the technical prerequisites of each one
- Prioritize their marketing use cases with Paul Leonardi's STEP method and an impact/effort matrix, then select the projects to tackle in the workshops
- In a guided workshop and using their own materials, produce a usable marketing deliverable that meets the 6 criteria of the assessment grid, and formalize a 30-day action plan with dated indicators
Audience and prerequisites
Audience. Working marketing and communications professionals, and independent marketers.
Prerequisites. Experience in marketing or communications, 2 years recommended. Comfortable with everyday digital tools. Some prior use of ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral or Gemini.
Each participant's actual level is checked before the session with a pre-course assessment questionnaire, which is used to adjust the outline.

Teaching methods and resources
The course alternates between demonstrations with commentary, guided workshops and hands-on practice on participants' real cases. Theory is limited to what you need to put things into practice.
- A practitioner trainer who works on the topics taught
- Course materials given to each participant
- Each participant works on their own computer with their own files
- Environment prepared in advance and tested before the session
The standard format
Day 1 takes place in person and day 2 remotely. The split follows the content: day 1 sets up the tools and calls for hands-on support to get started, which works better in person. Day 2 is devoted to the workshops, and everyone works from their own computer with their work accounts. That's 7 hours in person and 7 hours remote, live in both cases. None of the 14 hours is left as self-study.
Other formats
On request, the course can run entirely in person or entirely remotely. The chosen format appears in the training agreement [the contract French law requires for each training course] and in the invitation to attend.
In person
The course takes place at the client's premises. The client provides a room with a projector or screen, an internet connection and one computer per participant.
Remote
The course runs as a live virtual classroom: the group and the trainer meet at set times. Exchanges happen by voice, screen sharing and chat, in both directions and throughout the session. Each participant's login is recorded and serves as the attendance record. Technical and teaching support is available by email and phone throughout the session, and a connection test is offered no later than 48 hours before the session. If a technical interruption lasts more than 20 minutes, the sequence affected is made up one-on-one within 10 business days at no extra charge.
Group size
From 1 to 12 participants, in person or remote.
Assessment and certification
- Pre-course assessment questionnaire before the training starts
- Continuous assessment through the exercises produced during the session
- Final assessment of learning against the objectives listed above
- Satisfaction questionnaire at the end of the course, then a follow-up a few weeks later
The course leads to an end-of-training certificate stating the objectives and the assessment results, and to a certificate of completion sent to the funding body where applicable.
What changes after the session
Horizon Humain, a recruitment consulting firm, took this program with its CEO and its communications officer. In a video, both describe what changed in their production, with numbers to back it up: a client guidebook that went from 2 to 3 days down to 1 or 2 hours, masterclass slides in half an hour, and workshop reports that are now automatic.
Official title in the training program: “Claude pour le marketing : configurer son cockpit IA, produire ses livrables et connecter ses outils” (Claude for marketing: set up your AI cockpit, produce your deliverables and connect your tools). Page last updated August 31, 2026.
