The context

Qiplim is an AI-augmented learning product co-created with the Pando Studio team. I have led its product marketing strategy for 2 years: the initial naming, the launch, acquiring the first users and, later, the strategic repositioning.

The project brings together all my skills: strategy, branding, acquisition, market analysis and technical execution with AI.

What I did

Phase 1: branding and brand identity

I led the strategy and the creative work with the Pando Studio team, designing and running several brainstorming and design thinking workshops to identify the core values (simplicity, trust, creativity, human augmentation), clarify the brand promise and explore semantic territories.

The name “Qiplim” came out of a methodical process: phonetic and memorability tests, international consistency, digital compatibility. A bold choice: making the name a verb. “Qiplimer” (to qiplim) turns using the product into a named experience, a powerful branding lever.

Working with Stereographic Studio on art direction: writing the brief, passing on the workshop insights, approving the design proposals and keeping the visual identity consistent with the strategic vision. About 15 trainers (the initial target) took part in the creative process to validate the positioning.

Phase 2: launch and acquisition (V1)

Qiplim joined the Village By CA Atlantique Vendée accelerator in June 2025. I designed the landing page and set up an acquisition campaign on Meta Ads. Results: 210 users acquired on the V1 app, a cost per lead of €4.77 and a 16% landing page conversion rate.

Phase 3: strategic pivot (December 2025)

A full market study and competitive analysis to reposition the project. A pivot to a more focused segment: managing learner engagement in training sessions. The positioning: a French-made, AI-native alternative to Mentimeter, Kahoot and AhaSlides, with a more fun and interactive use of generative AI.

Phase 4: V2 launch (ongoing)

Development of the MLP (Minimum Lovable Product) for a launch in April 2026. The new website (qiplim.com) was built entirely with Claude Code to present the new positioning.
