Training quality
The information every training provider [an organization registered with the French State to deliver vocational training] owes its learners and their funders: results indicators and how we measure them, then services, pricing, lead times, accessibility and complaints.
Our results indicators
We have tracked 6 indicators since our first training course, in June 2026. Each participant answers a 12-question survey at the end of their session, then a follow-up evaluation a few weeks later.

Score out of 10

Average of the overall satisfaction scores given at the end of the course.
Score from −100 to +100
Net Promoter Score

Achievement of learning objectives
The score participants give for how well the objectives stated at the start of the training were met.
Share of responses, in %
Ready-to-use deliverables
Share of participants who leave with deliverables they can use in their company: those who answer “yes, absolutely”.
Score out of 10
Program clarity and structure
Score given to the clarity, relevance and structure of the content.
Score out of 10
Trainer expertise and teaching skills
Average of the scores for technical expertise, clarity of demonstrations and support.
How we measure
Collection
At the end of each session, every participant receives an individual survey: satisfaction, achievement of objectives, quality of facilitation and materials. A follow-up evaluation comes a few weeks later, to measure what sticks once they are back at work.
Aggregation
Responses are anonymized, then aggregated for the training provider as a whole. No individual response is published. Each value is shown with the number of responses it is based on.
Publication
The values will be published on this page in the first quarter of 2027, then updated at least once a quarter. Each value is displayed with the number of responses it is based on.
What these indicators are based on
- Data source
- A 12-question satisfaction survey, sent individually to each participant at the end of their session, then a follow-up evaluation a few weeks later.
- Scales used
- Scores from 1 to 10 on each dimension, and from 0 to 10 on the recommendation question used to calculate the Net Promoter Score.
- Scope
- All sessions completed by Jessy Martin Academy since its first training course, with no selection or exclusion. Jessy Martin's earlier training work, delivered on behalf of other training providers and schools, falls outside this scope and is not counted here.
- Ongoing collection
- Since June 2026. As of August 12, 2026: 2 sessions completed and 2 responses received, a 100% response rate.
- First publication
- First quarter of 2027, as soon as the number of responses allows a representative average.
- Confidentiality
- No individual response is published, and no participant or employer can be identified in the published values.
A question about these results or our approach?
We answer requests from participants, funders and oversight bodies.

The advisory, deployment and support services presented on this site are provided by a separate company, JESSY MARTIN CONSULTING. Each quote states which company is involved and the applicable framework.
2. Our training courses
Our courses cover integrating artificial intelligence into everyday work: digital literacy and common foundations, framing use cases and setting priorities for executives, content production for marketing, automation and agents for technical teams, and a confidentiality and compliance framework.
They run in-house at the client's premises, remotely in a virtual classroom, or in a blended format. The detailed program for each course, with its learning objectives, duration, outline and assessment methods, is provided before enrollment.
3. Audience and prerequisites
Our training courses are for executives and decision-makers, marketing and communications teams, technical teams, and all staff for the common foundations: employees, freelancers and agencies.
No technical prerequisites are required. Everyday use of office software and a computer with an internet connection are enough. Any prerequisites specific to a course are listed in its program and checked during the entry assessment.
4. Access arrangements and lead times
Every request starts with a scoping call to check that our courses match your needs. Next come a proposal, a training agreement [the contract French law requires between the training provider and the client company] or a training contract, then the formal invitation sent to participants.
The time between your first request and the start date depends on the funding route and on participants' availability. It is set with you during scoping and appears in the agreement. A request that goes through an external funder takes longer, and we tell you how long from the first conversation.
5. Pricing
In-house and custom training courses are quoted individually, based on duration, number of participants and the customization work. The price appears in the proposal provided before any enrollment, and in the agreement.
Services sold online on this site show their price on their own page.
6. Teaching and technical resources
Our training is hands-on: each participant works on their own cases, with their own tools, and leaves with deliverables they can use the next day. Theory is kept to what serves implementation.
- A mix of demonstrations, guided workshops and practical scenarios
- Training materials given to each participant
- Work environment prepared in advance and tested before the session
- A practitioner trainer, actively working on the subjects taught
7. Monitoring and evaluation
The course includes milestones so that everyone can measure their progress and the funder has the documents it requires:
- Entry assessment, to gauge each participant's level and adjust the outline
- Attendance sheets for each half day, signed by the participants and the trainer
- Assessments during the training, through the exercises produced
- Assessment of learning at the end of the course
- Satisfaction survey right after the training, then a follow-up survey a few weeks later
- End-of-training certificate (attestation de fin de formation) and certificate of completion (certificat de réalisation)
8. Accessibility for people with disabilities
Our training courses are open to people with disabilities. Let us know about your situation from the first conversation: together we look at the adjustments needed, whether for materials, pace, duration, assessment methods or access to the premises.
When an adjustment goes beyond what we can put in place, we refer you to the relevant organizations, including Agefiph [the French fund for the employment of people with disabilities] and your region's disability and training support services.

9. Results indicators
Details of the indicators, how they are calculated and how often they are published are at the top of this page.
10. Complaints
To report a problem during or after a training course, email contact@jessem.fr with the word “complaint” in the subject line. We acknowledge receipt of your request, look into it and reply in writing.
Every complaint is logged and analyzed as part of our continuous improvement process. If a disagreement persists, and after an amicable solution has been sought, the matter may be brought before the competent courts of Nantes.
11. Data protection
The data in your training file is processed by JESSY MARTIN ACADEMY, the data controller for this activity. Details of the data collected, its purposes, retention periods and your rights are set out in our privacy policy.
