My background

2018

First steps in digital marketing

Freelancing during my studies. Social media, content strategy, project management. What started as a side project became my career.

2019

Helping launch the media outlet Auvergnat En Vrai

I helped create a video media outlet entirely devoted to Auvergne, a region of central France, distributed on social media. It now has more than 250,000 followers in Auvergne.

2020

Social media manager at HEYME

500k people engaged across 10 social profiles. Trustpilot rating raised from 1.9/5 to 4.5/5 in 4 weeks. Set up an automated inbound marketing system. ROAS of 7.5 on health insurance sales, in partnership with AdsUp.

2020

Affiliate professor at Clermont School of Business

Teaching digital marketing, then applied AI. In charge of 5 modules and coordinating 7 lecturers. Supporting adults changing careers and designing programs.

2022

Going independent

I designed my first certified digital marketing e-learning course for Mon Parcours en Ligne, listed in the Répertoire Spécifique [France's official register of professional certifications] under the code RS7076. It was my first course design held to an official skills framework, 4 years before founding my training provider.

2022

Head of marketing and communications at N2 Help & Solutions

I joined N2 part-time to design and structure its external brand and its internal communications, when the community had fewer than 10 consultants. Today it is an international collective of ServiceNow and ESM (Enterprise Service Management) experts that brings together more than 100 independent consultants worldwide, with clients such as Deloitte, France TV (the French public broadcaster), SNCF (the French national railway) and Hydro-Québec.

2023

Consultant and trainer in marketing and AI

I build marketing strategies and help teams grow their skills. Since 2024, I have been advising companies on bringing AI into their processes and their teams.

2024

Cofounder of Qiplim

The French alternative to Kahoot and NotebookLM. A SaaS platform that turns any presentation into an interactive experience, with an AI that understands the content, the audience and the trainer's style. In the Village By CA Atlantique Vendée accelerator since 2025.

2024

Partner at Pando Studio

Building the first collective of AI experts in Nantes. More than 10 consultants, developers and engineers working together to help SMBs through their AI transformation.

2026

Founding Jessy Martin Academy

My training work is changing. From independent trainer to a real training provider that brings together talented AI trainers who share my vision of professional training. Qualiopi [France's quality certification for training providers] certification is in preparation.

What I actually do

Advisory

Mapping your processes (from marketing to support functions and production), spotting the use cases that pay off and building a roadmap your team can follow without me. Delivered by me or by another expert consultant from my network.

Training

13 programs by job role, from the fundamentals to custom agents, led by trainers who do the same job as the participants. Training agreement, skills assessment and certificate of completion. Delivered by Jessy Martin Academy, a registered training provider.

Deployment

Setting up the AI Marketing Cockpit for your team: agents and assistants configured around your methods, automated processes, usage rules and adoption rituals. Delivered by me or by another expert consultant from my network.

As the head of Mon Parcours en Ligne, I have asked Jessy several times to design certified e-learning courses aligned with the Répertoire Spécifique of France Compétences [the French national body that regulates professional certifications]. The result is simply stunning: extremely rich, well-structured and very engaging content. Learners love it. In my view, he reached a level of excellence with the RS7344 course “Développer son activité avec l'IA” [Growing your business with AI].
