The context
Qiplim, the French-made AI alternative to Mentimeter and Kahoot that I cofounded, needed a full website redesign to support its public launch. The existing site no longer reflected its positioning, was inconsistent with the brand guidelines and fell short of the performance needed to turn beta testers into users.
I ran this redesign solo, from start to finish, with my website management system driven by Claude Code and connected to GitHub. The whole team was one consultant, a versioned Git repository and an AI orchestrator that knows the brand guidelines. Every page was rethought, structured and generated in the Qiplim brand style, then pushed to production through Git, without a single line of code written by hand outside the system.
This is the same system that builds and runs jessem.fr every day. For details on the per-brand duplication logic and the context memory behind this result, read the full case study on the blog.
The tools
A deliberately minimal stack: an AI orchestrator and a versioned repository. Nothing more.

How the redesign went
The redesign took 5 steps, with one person in charge and the Claude Code system working within the brand guidelines.
Scoping with the brand guidelines in context
The system already knew the Qiplim identity: a purple-on-cream palette, expressive typefaces, bold mascots and a direct, product-focused tone. The starting point was a living, documented brand guide the system could consult at any time.
Rethinking the architecture and site structure
The page structure was rebuilt to serve the launch phase: a clear path from the value proposition to sign-up, reusable section types, and team-approved social proof placed where it matters.
Generating the pages in the brand style
Each page was produced in HTML that follows the Qiplim brand guidelines, without a single line written by hand outside the system. The design, the components and the content came straight out of the Claude Code orchestrator.
Quality and performance checks
Contrast, responsiveness and load times were checked before publication. The site reaches a Lighthouse performance score of 100, with no technical debt left behind.
Versioned deployment through Git
Each release went to production with a GitHub push, and every change is tracked and reversible. The full redesign was wrapped up in 3 days, solo, from scoping to going live on qiplim.com.
The live result
Here is the redesigned homepage, as published on qiplim.com. Every section was generated in the brand style, then deployed through Git.
