The context
N2 Help & Solutions is an ecosystem of 100+ independent consultants specializing in ServiceNow and ESM digital transformation. The consultants worked with large enterprise clients (Investissement Québec, OVHcloud, La Poste Groupe, Luxembourg Red Cross, GSK, Spuerkeess) but had no unified sales document to present their references. Each consultant used their own materials, with widely varying levels of quality and consistency.
The goal: design a professional projects book that presents the collective's case studies with a unified visual identity, illustrated portraits of the consultants and a bilingual FR/EN version for the European and North American markets.

What I did
Gathering project references
An inventory of 8 case studies from major international companies: Investissement Québec, OVHcloud, Spuerkeess, La Poste Groupe, Luxembourg Red Cross, GSK. For each project: objective, methodology, key results, deliverables and the consultants involved.
A standard structure for each case study
A standardized template for each case study page: client logo, engagement dates, engagement title, frameworks and tools used, objective, key results, detailed deliverables, consultant profiles with illustrated portraits and bios.
Art direction within the N2 brand guidelines
Full design within the N2 brand guidelines (teal, gold, cream). Line-drawn portraits for each consultant and “Pioneering Member” cards with their joining dates. Professional editorial layout in Canva.
Cover and closing pages
A cover with the member cards of the collective and N2's positioning. A closing page with the key figures: 100+ independent consultants, 20+ enterprise clients, an average of 10 years of experience, 5 time zones covered.
Bilingual FR/EN version
The whole book written and laid out in French and in English, to cover the European and North American markets.
Reusable templates
Canva templates designed so that N2 can add new case studies and new consultants on its own.
