Everyone on your team already uses AI their own way

Waiting
A landing page, a campaign tweak, a set of visual variations: everything goes through a vendor, with its lead times and its invoices.

Great AI training day with the whole team!
Thanks for these prompts that will change the way we work.
Forgotten
A prompting workshop gets everyone excited that day. 3 months later, the way people work hasn't changed.
Your full stack teamThe team leaves with a system installed on its tools, and a space to keep going between sessions.
What management sees
3 timesmore weight for prompting skill than for organizational support in how often people use AI.AI at Work Barometer, jessem.fr and Worklab, 219 respondents, 2025
Nobody knows what AI brings in
“We save time, I think.”
Quarterly AI review: the team uses several tools and saves a lot of time. The return on investment is still to be estimated.
Not measured
No task was measured before. No gain can be measured after, and the AI budget is hard to defend.

What a full stack team produces
44 real examples for 5 brands, made with AI agents, mostly in French.

30 min instead of 3 h
Before, all I knew how to do was write a prompt. Today I produce landing pages, guidebooks, carousels and presentations. The slides for our last masterclass took me 30 minutes, compared with 3 hours before. For our videos, I went from 1 video in 30 minutes to 5 videos in the same time. I even automated our meeting summaries: Claude picks up the transcript, writes the summary in our brand style and sends it to the whole team, without me having to ask. Claude is part of the team now.
3x reactions and +2K followers in 2 months
Jessy supported me through his personal branding coaching and training program. I highly recommend him for many reasons that led me to convincing results: 3x reactions, 2x impressions, +30% profile visits, +2K followers in 2 months.
My use of AI was basic: chat, ChatGPT or Gemini. The turning point came when we went beyond chatting with an LLM. Today, Claude pulls the information I give it access to from my own computer, without me having to send my data again. I built a folder structure, and Claude turned it into a knowledge structure with agents at every level. It takes an investment of time. Once it's done, there is time to be saved, that's certain.
1 day a week
With strong organizational skills and a perfect command of new AI tools, Jessy does excellent work for Mutuelle Entrenous in just 1 day a week. Quality and productivity are there!
Jessy is a reliable, rigorous marketing expert with a constant curiosity about AI tools. What struck us was the way he introduced us to AI: with enthusiasm and concrete examples from his own practice, he made the subject accessible and inspiring. We adopted these tools naturally and with confidence. Beyond his expertise, Jessy is approachable, attentive and generous. At N2, we would not have achieved what we have without his involvement. A trusted partner we warmly recommend.
Our collective of freelancers has fully delegated its marketing to Jessy and trusts him completely to support our concept. Since taking on the role of head of communications and marketing at N2, Jessy has met our expectations and gone beyond them.
As the head of Mon Parcours en Ligne, I have asked Jessy several times to design certified e-learning courses aligned with the Répertoire spécifique [France's register of specific skills certifications] of France Compétences [the French national body that regulates professional certifications]. The result is simply stunning: extremely rich, well-structured and very engaging content. Learners love it. In my view, he reached a level of excellence with the RS7344 [certification code] course “Développer son activité avec l'IA” [Growing your business with AI].
Jessy is a valuable asset to Pando Studio as Sales Director and Head of Partnerships. He developed an effective marketing strategy and brilliantly manages our relationships with clients and prospects. His work on partnerships is also essential to our growth. What's more, his skills as a trainer have been greatly appreciated. Jessy is professional, passionate and always focused on the success of our company. I highly recommend Jessy for his skills and commitment.
Jessy is a true expert with a passion for AI and innovation. I was lucky to work with him to host large professional events, and he proved to be both a good teacher and a very good facilitator.
I have the pleasure of working with Jessy as an AI consultant. Custom training, automation projects, AI assistants, RAG: he has built solid skills and a rare ability to make complex concepts accessible. Technical excellence and human qualities in one person. I highly recommend him.
Jessy is an exceptional marketing expert, combining in-depth knowledge of his field with constant attention to performance. His work ethic motivates his colleagues every day. A decisive asset for any startup or organization working in a fast-moving environment.
Jessy is one of the kindest and most generous teachers I have ever had. He knows consumers, trends, competition, strategy and operational execution inside out, and delivers fascinating, exciting content. I wish I had had him as a mentor during my studies.
Jessy knows his subject inside out and, above all, shares it passionately with his students. His advice and follow-up will certainly help the CAMPUS 2023 apprentices and the clubs where they work. I very strongly recommend him.
The program day by day
3 days as a team, then 1 optional specialization day. The example follows a 6-person marketing team, from the task wall to its first agents.
Day 1morning7 h
Map your processes
Everyone walks through their week, task by task. Each task becomes a card, pinned to the wall by family: strategy, content, acquisition, customer relations.
All of the team's tasks in one place
Day 1late morning
Sort every task
3 questions are enough. Does this task need your judgment? Would AI need you to approve its work? Is it repetitive, with no judgment at stake?
Every task in its place: 100% human, collaboration or automation
Day 1afternoon
Pick the projects
Everyone picks 2 tasks. You place them together by expected impact and setup effort, then each project gets a number: the time it takes, the hourly cost, the setup time.
The day 3 projects, costed and chosen together
Day 2setup7 h
Set up the system
Every workstation is installed and configured: privacy, brand brain, connections to your tools. Skills are shared: what one marketer sets up serves the whole team.
One workstation per person, connected to your tools
Day 3your projects7 h
Build your agents
A 2-hour workshop for each project chosen on day 1. Everyone builds their agents on your tools and your real content, with the trainer alongside.

Who this program is for
This is for you if
You lead a marketing team of 2 to 8 people.
Your team already uses AI, each person their own way.
You want to produce more without hiring.
You want to rely less on your agencies.
What to plan for
A Claude Team or Enterprise planto support GDPR and EU AI Act compliance, with tool access configured for the whole team from an admin seat.
3 days for the teamday 1, then days 2 and 3 the same week or the next.
Access to the tools to connectCRM, website, ad platforms or shared drive, depending on your projects.
A placement questionnairefilled out by each participant before day 1.
I first built these systems for myself
I was running marketing for several brands at the same time and could no longer keep up. I needed a team I didn't have.
Today I produce on my own as if I already had that team, without working longer hours. The English version of this website, 69 pages, went live in 4 days. The program passes these methods on to your team.

Your questions
Day 1 starts from what's already in place. The difference shows at the end: a system installed on your tools, with agents the whole team uses.
The technical part is already built: you talk to the agents like a colleague, in plain language. The executives of a landscaping network took our mapping day with no technical background.
It gets stronger: it's the vertical bar of the T. The specialization day is devoted to it, in groups of up to 4 people.
The framework is set during setup, on day 2: privacy settings, anonymization, what leaves the company and what stays in-house.
A Claude Team or Enterprise plan. It supports GDPR and EU AI Act compliance, and an admin configures tool access for the whole team. The program runs in the Code tab of the Claude app.
Its learner space: replays in chapters, recaps, instructions and resources from every session. Jessy, AI version, answers questions there based on your sessions.
Funding through your OPCO is possible. We provide the program outline, the training agreement [the contract French law requires between the provider and the client] and the quote; your company files the request before the program starts.
Your choice, same price: a virtual classroom led by Jessy Martin, or on your premises with a trainer from our team.
Your team stays the same and produces more: each person runs their own agents.
Let's talk about your team
15 minutes to go over your team, your tools and your dates.
