You already use AI your own way

More channels and formats, and you're still the one producing them. AI crept in bit by bit: a tool here, a prompt there.

What you go through

Everything waits on the agency

“I'm waiting for the agency's V3.”

MondayCould you tweak the trade show landing page?

ThursdayThe studio will get back to you shortly.

TuesdayNew version pending approval.

Waiting

A landing page, a campaign tweak, a set of visual variations: everything goes through a vendor, with its lead times and its invoices.

You, full stackYou handle landing pages and settings yourself, with agents that know your brand and your tools.

One tool per need

“I have three AI tabs open.”

My post prompts
An assistant for visuals
Another one for emails
Scattered

Same brief, 3 tools, 3 tones. Nothing connects your attempts, and what works stays stuck in a tab.

You, full stackOne single setup, agents that share your brand brain, instructions written once.

Volume goes up and you're still on your own

“I'd need a second me.”

Due this week

  • 3 LinkedIn posts
  • Monthly newsletter
  • Webinar landing page
  • Trade show visuals
  • Campaign reporting
  • Product video
Swamped

Every new channel adds formats to produce, and your weeks don't get any longer.

You, full stackYou run your own agents: more volume, same number of hours.

Training that never sticks

“It was great, then I went back to my old habits.”

Marketing manager3 months ago

Great AI training day!

Thanks for these prompts that will change the way I work.

Forgotten

A prompting workshop gets everyone excited that day. 3 months later, the way people work hasn't changed.

You, full stackYou leave with a system installed on your tools, and a space to keep going between Thursdays.

What it costs you

3 timesmore weight for prompting skill than for organizational support in how often people use AI.AI at Work Barometer, jessem.fr and Worklab, 219 respondents, 2025

Time saved never gets a number

“I save time, I think.”

Quarterly AI review: I use several tools and save a lot of time. The return on investment is still to be estimated.

Not measured

No task was measured before. No gain can be measured after, and your rates, like your budget, are hard to defend.

You, full stackOn day 1, every project gets a number before it gets built: the time it takes, your hourly cost, the setup time.

Data leaving without guardrails

“I put my client's file into a free tool.”

Sent to a free AI assistant

  • product-launch-brief.docx
  • pricing-2027.pdf
  • customer-export.xlsx
No guardrails

With no rules set, every tool gets whatever it's given, your clients' data included.

You, full stackThe framework is set at installation, on day 1: privacy settings, what leaves and what stays with you, and when a Team plan is required.

Your best instructions get lost

“Which chat was it in again?”

MondayThe newsletter prompt that worked so well?

MondayCan't find it in the history.

TuesdayRewritten from memory, not as good.

Lost

Good methods end up buried in chats nobody can find. Every time, you start from scratch.

You, full stackInstructions, skills and agents live in your own folder. Set something up once and it works every time.

Subscriptions paid twice

“How many AI subscriptions do I actually have?”

My AI subscriptions

  • ChatGPT Plus
  • Midjourney
  • Jasper
  • A video editing tool
Duplicated

One plan per need, picked up month after month. The monthly total comes as a surprise.

You, full stackOne single setup, Claude Pro or Max, where you add skills as your needs grow.

They say it better than we do

Claude is part of the team now.
Roziya ShirmatovaMarketing and communications officer, Horizon Humain

30 min instead of 3 h

Before, all I knew how to do was write a prompt. Today I produce landing pages, guidebooks, carousels and presentations. The slides for our last masterclass took me 30 minutes, compared with 3 hours before. For our videos, I went from 1 video in 30 minutes to 5 videos in the same time. I even automated our meeting summaries: Claude picks up the transcript, writes the summary in our brand style and sends it to the whole team, without me having to ask. Claude is part of the team now.

3x reactions and +2K followers in 2 months

Jessy supported me through his personal branding coaching and training program. I highly recommend him for many reasons that led me to convincing results: 3x reactions, 2x impressions, +30% profile visits, +2K followers in 2 months.
My use of AI was basic: chat, ChatGPT or Gemini. The turning point came when we went beyond chatting with an LLM. Today, Claude pulls the information I give it access to from my own computer, without me having to send my data again. I built a folder structure, and Claude turned it into a knowledge structure with agents at every level. It takes an investment of time. Once it's done, there is time to be saved, that's certain.

1 day a week

With strong organizational skills and a perfect command of new AI tools, Jessy does excellent work for Mutuelle Entrenous in just 1 day a week. Quality and productivity are there!
Jessy is a reliable, rigorous marketing expert with a constant curiosity about AI tools. What struck us was the way he introduced us to AI: with enthusiasm and concrete examples from his own practice, he made the subject accessible and inspiring. We adopted these tools naturally and with confidence. Beyond his expertise, Jessy is approachable, attentive and generous. At N2, we would not have achieved what we have without his involvement. A trusted partner we warmly recommend.
Our collective of freelancers has fully delegated its marketing to Jessy and trusts him completely to support our concept. Since taking on the role of head of communications and marketing at N2, Jessy has met our expectations and gone beyond them.
As the head of Mon Parcours en Ligne, I have asked Jessy several times to design certified e-learning courses aligned with the Répertoire spécifique [France's register of specific skills certifications] of France Compétences [the French national body that regulates professional certifications]. The result is simply stunning: extremely rich, well-structured and very engaging content. Learners love it. In my view, he reached a level of excellence with the RS7344 [certification code] course “Développer son activité avec l'IA” [Growing your business with AI].
Jessy is a valuable asset to Pando Studio as Sales Director and Head of Partnerships. He developed an effective marketing strategy and brilliantly manages our relationships with clients and prospects. His work on partnerships is also essential to our growth. What's more, his skills as a trainer have been greatly appreciated. Jessy is professional, passionate and always focused on the success of our company. I highly recommend Jessy for his skills and commitment.
Jessy is a true expert with a passion for AI and innovation. I was lucky to work with him to host large professional events, and he proved to be both a good teacher and a very good facilitator.
I have the pleasure of working with Jessy as an AI consultant. Custom training, automation projects, AI assistants, RAG: he has built solid skills and a rare ability to make complex concepts accessible. Technical excellence and human qualities in one person. I highly recommend him.
Jessy is an exceptional marketing expert, combining in-depth knowledge of his field with constant attention to performance. His work ethic motivates his colleagues every day. A decisive asset for any startup or organization working in a fast-moving environment.
Jessy is one of the kindest and most generous teachers I have ever had. He knows consumers, trends, competition, strategy and operational execution inside out, and delivers fascinating, exciting content. I wish I had had him as a mentor during my studies.
Jessy knows his subject inside out and, above all, shares it passionately with his students. His advice and follow-up will certainly help the CAMPUS 2023 apprentices and the clubs where they work. I very strongly recommend him.

The program week by week

Day 1 as free e-learning, then 7 Thursdays in a virtual classroom. The example follows a freelance marketer's week, from tasks to first agents.

  1. Day 1free e-learning7 h

    Map your tasks

You walk through your week, task by task. Each task becomes a card, sorted by family: strategy, content, acquisition, customer relations.

All your tasks in one place

  2. Day 1e-learning

    Sort every task

3 questions are enough. Does this task need your judgment? Would the AI need you to check its work? Is it repetitive, with no judgment at stake?

Every task in its place: 100% human, collaboration or automation

  3. Day 1e-learning

    Choose your projects

You place your tasks by expected impact and setup effort, then put a number on the ones you keep: the time they take, your hourly cost, the setup time.

Your Thursday projects, costed and chosen

  4. Day 1then Thursdays 1 to 36 h

    Install your system

Claude Code is installed securely on day 1, privacy settings included. The first 3 Thursdays: your projects and installations checked, your brand brain, then your tools connected.

Your workstation, connected to your tools

  5. Thursdays 4 to 7your projects8 h

    Build your agents

One workshop per project family: content, acquisition, then customer relations. Everyone builds their agents on their own tools and real content, with the trainer alongside. On the last Thursday, everyone shows theirs.

I first built these systems for myself

I was running marketing for several brands at the same time and could no longer keep up. I needed a team I didn't have.

Today I produce on my own as if I already had that team, without working longer hours. The English version of this website, 69 pages, went live in 4 days. The program passes these methods on to you.

Your questions

Day 1 starts from what you already do. The difference shows at the end: a system installed on your tools, with agents working on your real content.
The technical part is already built: you talk to the agents like a colleague, in plain language. The executives of a landscaping network attended our mapping day with no technical background.
It gets stronger: that's the vertical bar of the T. Every workshop starts from your job and your own projects.
7 hours of e-learning at your own pace. It opens on Monday, January 4, when registration closes, and ends before the first Thursday, January 14.
Every Thursday is recorded. The replay, split into chapters, lands in your cohort's space with the session write-up and instructions.
A computer from 2021 or later, on which you have admin rights: you install the Claude app and its tools on it from day 1. If your company doesn't give you these rights, talk to its IT department before January 4: it's a prerequisite.
To train on your own tasks and your own content, a Claude Pro or Max plan is enough, at your own expense. As soon as you work on a client's personal data (CRM contacts, customer files, emails), you become their processor under the GDPR: you can only entrust that data to a tool bound by a data processing agreement, the DPA. It sets what the provider may do with the data and where it hosts it, and the commercial terms that come with it rule out training models on your content. At Anthropic, this DPA comes with the Team and Enterprise plans; the Pro and Max plans fall under consumer terms and don't have one. To work with your clients or as a team, you'll therefore sometimes need a Team plan, available from 2 seats. If your company already has a Team or Enterprise account, you train on it. The training takes place in the Code tab of the Claude app.
The framework is set at installation, from day 1: privacy settings, anonymization, what leaves your workstation and what stays with you.
Yes, depending on your status. If you're employed, your employer's OPCO [French skills operator that funds employee training] can cover the training. If you're self-employed, your training fund (FIF PL, AGEFICE or FAFCEA [French training funds for the self-employed], depending on your activity) can cover part or all of it. The request must be filed before the session starts, ideally by mid-December: we provide the program and the training agreement [the contract French law requires between the provider and the client]. An employee who pays for their own training signs a training contract, with a 10-day withdrawal period.
Registration closes on Monday, January 4, 2027, and is limited to 8 seats. The session runs with at least 6 participants: below that, it is postponed and you can move to the next date or cancel free of charge. You can also cancel free of charge until January 4; after that, the full fee is due, except in cases of force majeure.
For up to 2 or 3 people, the open session works. Beyond that, the in-house program is built on your team's processes, with the mapping done together and a shared cockpit: see the team program.
Let us know in the registration form or when we first speak. We'll look together at adjustments to materials, pace, duration or assessment. Disability contact: Jessy Martin, contact@jessem.fr.
