At Jessy Martin Academy, my agents sort the mail and write the session recaps. I review, I approve. Over 7 Fridays, you build the same team for your own organization.

Every session brings its stack of training agreements [the contract French law requires between the provider and the client], notices and evidence. AI arrived in small doses: a tool here, a prompt there.

The inbox overflows
“I missed a funder's email again.”
Inbox
Trade show newsletter

Reminder from a funder
Buried
Real messages get lost among the notifications, and a missed reply costs a registration.
At the AcademyMy inbox had about 4,000 unread emails. Since October 11, an agent has been sorting it twice every business day and drafting my replies. I review, I send.
The same paperwork every session

The same documents, retyped for each group, with the same risk of a wrong name or date.
At the AcademyI mapped the life of a session in 51 steps, each with its trigger and its evidence. The agents take over the ones that repeat.
Qualiopi wants evidence for everything
“The audit is coming and I'm hunting for my evidence.”

AuditorAnd what did you do with it?

Monitoring, disability accommodations, complaints, assessments: every obligation needs its record, and the records are scattered across 10 tools.
At the AcademyBefore the audit, Claude checked my files, my website and my Drive against the 32 Qualiopi [France's quality certification for training providers] indicators, and listed what was missing. I made the fixes myself.

Late
A meeting, a session, a report: each one waits for its write-up, and it always comes after the urgent stuff.
At the AcademyAfter each session, an agent turns the transcript into the recap, the homework and a replay split into chapters. I review, then I publish.
What it costs you
3 timesmore weight for prompting skill than for organizational support in how often people use AI.AI at Work Barometer, jessem.fr and Worklab, 219 respondents, 2025
Admin time is never measured
“How many admin hours does one session take?”
Annual review: sessions took a lot of time, especially the admin. The real cost is still to be estimated.
Not measured
No task is measured before. No gain is measured after, and your prices are hard to defend.
With your agentsOn day 1, each task is ranked by its impact and the effort it takes, before it's handed over.

The life of a session in 51 steps
I mapped each step of a session at the Academy, from the training agreement to archiving, with its trigger and its evidence. 12 are running, 9 are being tested, 30 are still to be built. You start with this map on day 1.
12 running

These are examples: during the Fridays, everyone builds theirs on their own tools.
They say it better than we do
Claude is part of the team now.

30 min instead of 3 h
Before, all I knew how to do was write a prompt. Today I produce landing pages, guidebooks, carousels and presentations. The slides for our last masterclass took me 30 minutes, compared with 3 hours before. For our videos, I went from 1 video in 30 minutes to 5 videos in the same time. I even automated our meeting summaries: Claude picks up the transcript, writes the summary in our brand style and sends it to the whole team, without me having to ask. Claude is part of the team now.
3x reactions and +2K followers in 2 months
Jessy supported me through his personal branding coaching and training program. I highly recommend him for many reasons that led me to convincing results: 3x reactions, 2x impressions, +30% profile visits, +2K followers in 2 months.
My use of AI was basic: chat, ChatGPT or Gemini. The turning point came when we went beyond chatting with an LLM. Today, Claude pulls the information I give it access to from my own computer, without me having to send my data again. I built a folder structure, and Claude turned it into a knowledge structure with agents at every level. It takes an investment of time. Once it's done, there is time to be saved, that's certain.
1 day a week
With strong organizational skills and a perfect command of new AI tools, Jessy does excellent work for Mutuelle Entrenous in just 1 day a week. Quality and productivity are there!
Jessy is a reliable, rigorous marketing expert with a constant curiosity about AI tools. What struck us was the way he introduced us to AI: with enthusiasm and concrete examples from his own practice, he made the subject accessible and inspiring. We adopted these tools naturally and with confidence. Beyond his expertise, Jessy is approachable, attentive and generous. At N2, we would not have achieved what we have without his involvement. A trusted partner we warmly recommend.
Our collective of freelancers has fully delegated its marketing to Jessy and trusts him completely to support our concept. Since taking on the role of head of communications and marketing at N2, Jessy has met our expectations and gone beyond them.
As the head of Mon Parcours en Ligne, I have asked Jessy several times to design certified e-learning courses aligned with the Répertoire spécifique [France's register of specific skills certifications] of France Compétences [the French national body that regulates professional certifications]. The result is simply stunning: extremely rich, well-structured and very engaging content. Learners love it. In my view, he reached a level of excellence with the RS7344 [certification code] course “Développer son activité avec l'IA” [Growing your business with AI].
Jessy is a valuable asset to Pando Studio as Sales Director and Head of Partnerships. He developed an effective marketing strategy and brilliantly manages our relationships with clients and prospects. His work on partnerships is also essential to our growth. What's more, his skills as a trainer have been greatly appreciated. Jessy is professional, passionate and always focused on the success of our company. I highly recommend Jessy for his skills and commitment.
Jessy is a true expert with a passion for AI and innovation. I was lucky to work with him to host large professional events, and he proved to be both a good teacher and a very good facilitator.
I have the pleasure of working with Jessy as an AI consultant. Custom training, automation projects, AI assistants, RAG: he has built solid skills and a rare ability to make complex concepts accessible. Technical excellence and human qualities in one person. I highly recommend him.
Jessy is an exceptional marketing expert, combining in-depth knowledge of his field with constant attention to performance. His work ethic motivates his colleagues every day. A decisive asset for any startup or organization working in a fast-moving environment.
Jessy is one of the kindest and most generous teachers I have ever had. He knows consumers, trends, competition, strategy and operational execution inside out, and delivers fascinating, exciting content. I wish I had had him as a mentor during my studies.
Jessy knows his subject inside out and, above all, shares it passionately with his students. His advice and follow-up will certainly help the CAMPUS 2023 apprentices and the clubs where they work. I very strongly recommend him.

Who this session is for
This is for you if
You run a training provider [an organization registered with the French State to deliver vocational training], or you handle its admin.
Qualiopi sets the pace of your weeks: agreements, notices, attendance sheets, evidence.
You've tried AI in small doses, without a method.
You want a method and a group to move forward.
What to plan for
Claude Team or Enterprisethe only plans whose data processing agreement (DPA) covers your learners' data. Team starts at 2 seats: here's why.
A computer from 2021 or laterwith admin rights, to install the Claude app and its tools. Without those rights, talk to your IT provider before January 18.
Day 1 as e-learning7 hours at your own pace, open from January 18, to finish before the first Friday.
Your Fridays from 10 a.m. to noon(Paris time), from January 29 to March 12, 2027.
Access to the tools to connectemail, calendar, drive and management tool, depending on your projects.
A pre-training assessment questionnairefilled in before day 1.

A session for your team, on your processes, remote or on site
I first built these agents for my own organization
I run Jessy Martin Academy, a training provider certified for its training activities since October 12, 2026, with 13 courses in its catalog. Mail, recaps, programs and certificates go through my agents first, and I keep control of what goes out.
This session passes the method on to you. The Fridays are led by an Academy trainer who specializes in Claude and AI agents.

Your questions
A Jessy Martin Academy trainer who specializes in Claude and AI agents. They lead all 7 Fridays and support each participant on their own projects.
The technical part is already built: you talk to the agents as you would to a colleague. Day 1 installs everything step by step, and the first Friday checks every workstation.
They prepare, a person approves. The aim is to run the same number of sessions with less retyping, within the same scope, and to keep people on what needs their judgment: a struggling learner, a funder, a complaint.
They prepare the documents and the evidence, and you remain responsible for what goes out and what gets filed. Compliance depends on your processes: the agents make them more consistent and easier to trace.
7 hours of e-learning, at your own pace. It opens on Monday, January 18, when registration closes, and must be finished before the first Friday, January 29.
Every Friday is recorded. The replay, split into chapters, lands in your cohort's space with the session write-up and instructions.
Claude Team or Enterprise. Your organization is the data controller for its learners' data: identity, contact details, attendance, assessments, sometimes a disability. It can only entrust that data to a tool bound by a data processing agreement, the DPA. It sets what the provider may do with the data and where it hosts it, and the commercial terms that come with it rule out training models on your content. At Anthropic, this DPA comes with the Team and Enterprise plans; the Pro and Max plans fall under consumer terms and don't have one. Team starts at 2 seats. If your organization already has a Team or Enterprise account, you train on it. The training takes place in the Code tab of the Claude app.
Your real files stay on your computer, in your Team or Enterprise account. Anything shown to the group, in screen sharing or during demos, uses anonymized data: the other participants run other training providers. The replay records the trainer's screen and the discussion.
It depends on what it allows: a connector, an API or exports. On the first Friday, the trainer checks with you what can be connected and what goes through your files.
A computer from 2021 or later, on which you have admin rights: you install the Claude app and its tools on it from day 1. If you don't have these rights, talk to your IT provider before January 18: it's a prerequisite.
Yes, depending on your status. If you're employed, your organization's OPCO can cover the training. If you run the business without being an employee, your training fund can cover part of it. The request must be filed before the session starts, ideally by the end of December: we provide the program and the training agreement. An employee who pays for their own training signs a training contract, with a 10-day withdrawal period.
Registration closes on Monday, January 18, 2027, and is limited to 8 seats. The session runs with at least 6 participants: below that, it is postponed and you can move to the next date or cancel free of charge. You can also cancel free of charge until January 18; after that, the full fee is due, except in cases of force majeure.
For up to 2 or 3 people, the open session works. Beyond that, an in-house session is built on your organization's processes, with the mapping done together: let's talk for 15 minutes.
Let us know in the registration form or when we first speak. We'll look together at adjustments to materials, pace, duration or assessment. Disability contact: Jessy Martin, contact@jessem.fr.
